Sales Policy
-
No rabbits will leave my property until they are a minimum of 8 weeks old.
-
To the best of my knowledge I will only sell healthy rabbits.
-
Rabbits will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.
-
Rabbits will not be held without a deposit.
-
I reserve the right to refuse a sale for whatever reason that I feel necessary.
-
After payment is received in full I will only hold a rabbit for 1-3 weeks.
-
Once you have paid your deposit you need to make arrangements to pick up the rabbit or it will be put back up for sale. Your deposits will not be returned.
-
Every show or brood quality rabbit leaving my property will be sold with a complete pedigree.
-
Every show or brood quality rabbit will have a tattoo in its left ear. Tattoos may not be changed.
-
I will only take cashier's checks or cash. NO credit cards.
-
All rabbits sold will come with a small bag of transition feed.
-
I don't offer any health guarantee.
-
After leaving our property any vet bills that may occur with the rabbit due to any circumstances are not my responsibility.
-
No rabbits are sold as gifts or as pets for children. An adult must claim responsibility of the care of the rabbit.
-
If at any time you are not able to care for your rabbit you must agree to NEVER surrender it to a shelter or animal rescue. I will take the rabbit back. No money will be refunded.
-
The parent/adult must read and agree to my sales policy.
-
At 8-10 weeks of age I cannot guarantee the sex of the rabbit 100%.
-
When you purchase the rabbit, it is your responsibility to look over the rabbit. I will help you if you don't know completely what to do.
-
If a rabbit is sold as show quality/show stock it means that the rabbit is able to be shown. This does not guarantee that the rabbit will be the best rabbit on the table. It just means that the rabbit does not have any known DQ's.
-
If a rabbit is sold as brood quality/stock it means that the rabbit is unable to show do to a DQ or a major fault. This does not mean that they can't be bred and produce, it just means they will not show well.
-
If a rabbit is pet quality, it means that the rabbit should never be shown. This means that they have either a DQ, major fault, or that they are bad quality.
